Developer

We are seeking a Software Developer to join our Technology team at Ropo 

As a developer you produce and maintain high-quality code with your software development experience and are ready to advance your career. You participate in the software development lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, and testing.

Your role will involve: 

• Being part of a dedicated development team that supports each other to achieve goals 
• Working on projects and tasks within teams responsibility areas 
• Participate in the software development lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, and testing 
• Collaborating with other skilled Developers and Software Architects 

What we expect from you: 

• Familiarity with modern software development tools 
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Experience with technologies such as JavaScript, React, PHP, NodeJS 
• Willingness and ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot or similar) in daily development work, and to participate in implementing AI-supported features in our products when relevant.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL 
• Documentation skills 
• Ability and enthuasim to learn new technologies 
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally

Location: Kuopio / Hybrid 

Salary range: 3500-4500 €/month, depending on the competence level of the applicant.
