Service Specialist

We are looking for a Service Specialist to strengthen Ropo’s service operations.

In this role, you play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and the successful fulfilment of customer requests. You will work with technical solutions, data flows and integrations together with our experienced specialists.

Ropo is the Nordic market leader in invoicing technology. Our services automate invoicing and receivables management into a seamless end‑to‑end process, reducing manual work and improving the daily operations of our customers. At the core of our competitive edge is the Ropo Tech team and our in‑house software development, which enables us to use modern technologies and agile methods.

Your responsibilities

• Executing service and change requests
• Investigating and resolving incidents
• Supporting implementation projects

What we expect from you

• Understanding of software and service production fundamentals (ITIL)
• Programming and database skills (PHP and SQL are considered an advantage)
• Project work skills and persistence
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Relevant educational background (e.g., Engineering in Information Technology or Computer Science studies) – we also welcome students
• Knowledge of invoicing processes (sales and purchase invoices) is considered an advantage
• Fluent Finnish is required

At the start of your employment, you will receive a comprehensive onboarding, internal trainings and support from a personal mentor. The position is permanent and will start as agreed. Our main office is located on Viestikatu in Kuopio with excellent transport connections.
